Available Major Equipment


Anson Community Kitchen offers farmers, caterers and chefs an inexpensive shared-use commercial kitchen to create value-added food products. This kitchen is permitted by the North Carolina Department of Environment and Natural Resources so products created in it may be sold to the public, unlike food products created in your home. Anson Community kitchen is an approximately 900-square-foot commercial kitchen and is equipped with the following commercial-grade equipment (images are not to scale):

60” wide gas restaurant range. Stainless steel front, sides, backriser, high shelf, oven handle and bullnose. High temperature burner T knobs with set screw. Nickel plated bullet feet. Porcelain door liner and oven bottom. Ten 28,000 BTU/hr. cast top burners with lift-off burner heads. Individual pilot for each burner. 12” x 12” cast top grates with aeration bowls. Heavy duty top grates and burner heads. Compression spring door hinge system for durability. 35,000 BTU/hr. Two standard ovens each measure 26 1/4”w x 22”d x 14 1/2”h. Thermostat adjusts from Low to 500 degrees F. One oven rack with four rack positions for each oven. 3/4” rear gas connection and gas pressure regulator. Total input: 350,000 BTH/hr.; no casters

Hobart LXiH-4 Dishwasher

This Hobart LXIH-4 chemical sanitizing high temperature under counter dishwasher cleans 30 standard 20" x 20" racks per hour and uses only .74 gallons of fresh rinse water per rack with a 70 degree Fahrenheit rise booster heater, with detergent and rinse aid pump. Other helpful features of the Hobart LXIH-4 high temperature dishwasher include flexible fill and drain hoses, a 17" door opening, 3 gallon tank capacity, automatic fill, and a labyrinth-type door seal, electric tank heat. The overall dimensions of the Hobart LXIH-4 under counter dishwasher are 24"W x 26 3/4"D x 33 1/4"H. The Hobart LXIH-4 has a 120/208-240 (3W)/60/1 electrical rating. It is Energy Star qualified, and NSF and UL Listed.

The Panasonic NE-1054 commercial microwave oven features a stainless steel front, grab & go door handle and 99:99 minute capacity. This microwave also has a Braille keypad, 10-key programmable memory and manual operations. Other features of the Panasonic NE-1054 include a see-through oven door, interior oven light, and bottom energy feed. The NE- 1054 has 0.8 cubic feet of capacity, fits a half-sized, 6" tall pan with cover has 6 power levels, and 2 and 3 stage cooking. The Panasonic NE-1054 is a 1000 Watt commercial microwave oven. It operates on 120V, single phase, and is NSF and UL listed. The interior size of the NE-1054 is 13"W x 13"D x 8 1/16"H, and the outer dimensions are 20 1/8"W x 16 9/16"D x 12"H. This product is also known as the NE1054 or the NE 1054.
